It includes Contact Management for easy, accurate communications with your Centres, and
other companies - and with your candidates if you want.
Being internet based, your Centres, EVs and other can log in to perform their roles.
For example, a Centre can enter candidates, register candidates for awards, request
certificates etc. You offer your centres an excellent customer relationship, yet
your staff save time and money at the same time.
Your EVs can log in from a centre's site to review candidate progress; they can
log in from home to get details of their next visit. This frees them to spend more
time doing their job.
Naturally Award On-Line includes everything you need for handling your Qualifications,
Centres, Assessment Staff, EVs and so on. It includes a wide range of reports and has a
many "browsers" for you to quickly scroll through essential information.
There are two options for running Award On-Line. We can run it for you on our file
servers, freeing you to do what you do best - running your organisation. We take
care of installation, upgrades, backups and support.
Or, if you prefer, you can run the system on your own file servers.
