Delegates can book online and receive automatic confirmation
emails saving your staff time. Your key customers can easily book
their employees directly onto your courses. (This is, of course, if

Course Details
Including locations, delegates attending, dates and timings, all
resources; and you can tailor courses to specific customer

Delegate Records
Each delegate has their own personal records, which contains a
training history and future training. It is also linked to their
company record.
Delegate Tracking
For you to keep track of delegate bookings and training history
if you choose, trainers and employers can see which delegates have

Enabling tutors to record their own course evaluations online
for courses they have presented. These evaluations also provide

forms. Each of these documents can be customised to match your

Details produced including course attending / attended company,
dates and timings plus locations.

Automatically updated so availability of trainers, resources and
venues can be easily seen.
Delegate Certificates
Allowing delegates to go online and print their own PDF
certificates using layouts that have been pre-defined by the
trainer.
Efficiency
Schedule Availability
You can see which courses are available at a glance. This
feature also automatically creates booking forms filling in all the
course details and adding delegates onto the course schedule.
Free Places Offered
If a delegate is unable to attend a course then their place will
automatically be offered by email to the person at the top of the
waiting list for that course.
Active Directory Login
This module validates a person's username and password against
your Active Directory lists instead of using their individual email
addresses and passwords
Job Scheduler
Providing the ability to run jobs at a given time during the day
such as emailing delegates prior to or after a course with useful
information like joining instructions, dates and times etc.
Communicating
Emails
Including booking forms, joining instructions and confirmation
forms. Each of these emails can be customised to match your
company's branding. You can choose to use plain text or rich text
emails.
Automatic Emails to Delegates
Emails can be sent to delegates at a set date either before or
after the course. Details within the emails can be modified for
different courses.
Mail-shot
Mail-shot and email-shot your employees and departments about
new courses, for example.
Email Store
Storing all emails sent from the system; whether they have been
sent manually or automatically. Emails can then be reviewed or
re-sent if needs be.
BackOffice
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
CRM is built in, so you do not need the expense of a separate
package and you do not have the tedious process of transferring
customer details between packages.
Import and Update Batches of Delegates
This feature imports batches of delegates from other systems via
CSV file format (compatible with Microsoft Excel). Delegate details
can also be updated or inserted using this feature.
