Online Bookings

Delegates can book online and receive automatic confirmation emails saving staff time.  Key customers can easily book employees directly onto courses. (This is, of course, if you allow them to do so.)

 

Recording Information

Course Details

Including locations, delegate attendance, dates and timings, all resources; and you can tailor courses to specific customer requirements.

Delegate Tracking

For you to keep track of delegate bookings and training history if you choose, trainers and employers can see which delegates have attended, or are booked to attend, courses.

 

Delegate Records

Each delegate has their own personal records, which contains a training history and future training.  It is also linked to their company record.

Course Evaluations and Appraisals

Used to create course evaluation and appraisal forms which can be completed by delegates themselves or the trainer.  Evaluation reports also included.

 

Tutor Evaluations

Enabling tutors to record their own course evaluations online for courses they have presented.  These evaluations also provide tutors with a method in which they can recommend changes.

Tutor Expense Form

Allowing tutors to log expenses against the courses they have presented.  Includes car mileage expenses and training fees.

Allowing you to upload documents relevant to the course undertaken which can be viewed by their tutor.

Award / Candidate Tracking

Allowing an organisation to track progress of their delegates and employees through multiple awards and qualifications bodies such as NVQs, VRQs and QCF Awards.

Including booking forms, joining instructions and confirmation forms.  Each of these documents can be customised to match your company's branding.  Merge to Microsoft Word for printed documents.

Administration and Registration Reports

Details produced including course attending / attended company, dates and timings plus locations.

Automatically updated so availability of trainers, resources and venues can be easily seen.

You can see which courses are available at a glance.  This feature also automatically creates booking forms - filling in all the course details and adding delegates onto the course schedule.

Invoice Tracking

Keep track of your outstanding and paid invoices.

 

Invoicing

Full invoicing module, generating course invoices and credit notes.  This feature can also log VAT codes and amounts against sales of course, products and additional items.  Generate reports on Sales, Course Income and VAT.

Multi-Currency Module

Working in conjunction with the full invoice module, this feature enables the user to invoice in any currency.  Personalised lists of exchange rates for frequently used currencies can also be created.
