Support

All of our clients are full of praise for the high level of support which they receive from Dante Systems.

All members of the Dante team pride themselves on offering outstanding support for all our clients.

From 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and also additional hours as and when required we are there for you by phone or email.

Our support service includes free standard upgrades to new releases of the products.

Training

We provide two types of training for our clients on our complete range of Delegate Planner packages: Classroom training and Consultative training.

Classroom Training

This can be provided at our Bristol Headquarters and is charged per delegate, per day. Discount is available for multiple delegates.

Consultative Training

This is our most popular training course and consists of one of our experienced training consultants visiting your premises. Our consultant will deliver system training and will also offer support and guidance on how to get the best out of your chosen package.

Hosting is done in partnership with a large, multi-national hosting company to provide you with the very best hosting.

Implementation is very simple for you with no software for you to install. We install all updates for you, often outside normal business working hours. Your system is available round the clock with virtually no downtime for maintenance.
